About the event
Spring into summer with us on Thursday, May 28th as we dive into our three course dinner series with Chef Jordan. Enjoy an appetizer, main and dessert all paired with a 5oz brew paired by Brewmaster Brady!
Appetizer - Avocado Toast
Grilled sour dough with house made guacamole and grilled spicy peppers. Blackened bacon and a soft poached egg.
Main - Butter poached pickerel with a roasted asparagus and tomato cous cous salad.
Dessert - Lemon curd with a dandelion wine meringue and an oatmeal praline cookie.
