About the event
Join us for an Asian-infused, gluten-free experience with Chef Jordan and Brewer Brady on Thursday, September 10th! Cocktail hour 6pm, supper starts at 7pm. Three course dinner with three five ounce beer pairings.
Course 1 - Spicy miso soup with rice noodles
Course 2 - Sushi Waffle
With ginger-cured gravlax, wasabi slaw, pickled mushrooms, sesame aioli, and pea shoots
Course 3 - Black tea cake with mint poached pear and matcha ice cream
