Join us for our seventh 'Taproom Dinner Series' night with Chef Jordan Abbott!
The evening's homemade local meal is inspired by a good ol' BBQ. The full menu is below. All food will be paired with Travois beers, and our Brewer Brady will be on hand to talk about these pairings, enhancing your dining experience with his knowledge on each brew!
Cocktail hour starts at 6 p.m. and dinner will be served at ~7 p.m. To reserve your spot, purchase a ticket online by Sept. 21. Dinner, dessert, and beer pairings are only $60 per person!
MENU
Dinner:
- Smoked devilled eggs with a smokey sweet hot sauce.
- Braised short rib with corn bread, slaw, and a Saskatoon Port BBQ Sauce.
Dessert:
- "Old-fashioned" cherry pie with alcohol infused "old-fashioned" ice cream.
